OnSSI has doubled the size of its New York R&D facility and is increasing research investment for future growth.

"OnSSI has always been driven by a passion for technologies that make our world a little safer and give our clients a greater sense of confidence and control, as demonstrated by the high profile organizations around the world that use our Ocularis video management solution to secure their facilities," said Gadi Piran, President and CTO of OnSSI in a release. "By substantially increasing our overall investment in R&D for 2013 and 2014, we are ideally positioned to meet users' future needs and ensure our continued growth."

"OnSSI is firmly committed to the future development of Ocularis and new solutions that will drive further innovation, and we've set high expectations that are bound to set new benchmarks in technology as we continue to expand our R&D operations," said Darien Ford, who is in charge of the facility.

OnSSI has also launched a new Premier Partner Program which the company says "establishes a new model of collaboration with its reseller network by highly incentivizing proficiency, commitment and long-term growth." The company's certified channel partners are invited to join where they can achieve silver, gold or platinum status, based on success, proficiency as well as mode and scale of operation."
