HDExpress NVR – Network Video Made Easy
The HDExpress from Vicon is a fully functional Full HD network video recorder (NVR) featuring an outstandingly easy ‘plug-and-play’ installation concept that requires no in-depth IP networking expertise.

The recorder is available as a 4, 8 and 16 channel model variant and provides as a standalone system an ideal solution for smaller and medium-sized applications as often found in the retail industry or in office buildings.

This H.264 network recorder includes PoE ports for each camera allowing the system to provide power directly to a maximum of 16 cameras. The HDExpress is optimized to work seamlessly with V992 High Definition 1080P cameras and a wide choice of Vicon’s V960 cameras.

The software automatically detects and configures connected network cameras eliminating the need for any time-consuming camera setup. All of the features of the camera can be configured directly through the local user interface including zoom and focus of the lens. The HDMI 1080P60 output provides high quality multi-camera display.

The high definition graphical user interface provides intuitive control and is rich with features such as thumbnail searches, event logs, and network connections status dashboard. The operator can choose to use a standard USB mouse or a remote control. Remote access to the NVR is simple with a thin-client HL interface. iPhone, iPad and Android smartphone applications are also available.

Maintenance is simple and straight forward thanks to the easy access to the hard drives. The whole system is designed for easy installation and operation.
