Web-based access solution with alarm management
The web-based access solution maps all kinds of different corporate structures and, apart from its high integratability, offers fully developed alarm management as well as convenient workflow functions with which access authorizations can be requested and approved. Employees can request these authorizations for specific areas, projects and periods, independently at their own PC. The software then controls the approval process automatically on the basis of an individual approver and substitute structure. This reduces administration work to a minimum.
Companies benefit especially from the ability to pass on rights across and throughout the organization. Thus, the security solution can be adjusted quickly and efficiently to changes in the company's specific rights assignment policy. By using available hardware, databases and processes, IF-6040 can quickly and easily be implemented into an existing IT system landscape.
Apart from the simple and transparent assignment of rights to employees, the security solution also controls access for external persons, such as day visitors, deliverers or external companies. Via the integrated visitor management module, appropriate, task-oriented access rights - similar to those of employees - can be defined in advance for specific areas. A self-registration kiosk minimizes the staff required for visitor check-in and check-out and also simplifies procedures.
