Partnering with Samsung SDS, Bosch has been chosen to provide its IP video surveillance systems to Kangwon Land. More than 2,000 cameras are installed, which makes it the largest HD IP surveillance installation for Bosch in Korea. Autodome Junior HD fixed and PTZ series, Flexidome HD series cameras are deployed, and Intelligent Video Analysis (IVA) technology is also used to support the operator's daily work. Moreover, the Bosch IP system has been seamlessly integrated with a Genetec platform, providing a capable VMS supported by the intelligent imaging of Bosch front end devices. The iSCSI edge recording from Bosch IP cameras and encoders to the DLA allows additional resilience against potential network outage. Integrated with Genetec, Bosch IVA also enhances the operational user experience with positive results. „With HD cameras we can capture high quality video instantly whenever a dealer or the floor-master requires. Once you have experienced the new video quality you can't stop using it!" The customer says, „The IVA also makes it easier for operators to monitor activities, even under challenging lighting conditions. The edge recording and playback response time fully meets the requirements of our analysts in their daily work."
