Sicura has announced a management buyout in association with ACT. The partnership should bring together Sicura with the strength of ACT's full access control range, years of sector experience and highly trained R&D and Sales staff.

This partnership intends to allow Sicura to continue development of their cutting edge software and hardware, and include integration with Access Control systems. The partnership between ACT and Sicura brings two cutting-edge R&D teams together. ACTenterprise and DigiLive will function together, offering an integrated security platform.
