Gunnebo Security Group will make the following changes to its Group Executive Team:

Morten Andreasen appointed SVP Region Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)
As SVP EMEA, Morten will be responsible for all marketing, sales and service-activities and their respective P&Ls in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Morten has over 20 years of experience in top management positions, mostly within services and logistics. His latest position was as President for Munters' division Moisture Control Services (MCS). He has also worked for Lufthansa Service Gesellschaft and Top Flight Catering. Morten takes up the position January 16, 2012.

Christian Guillou appointed SVP Secure Storage
Christian Guillou has been appointed SVP Secure Storage, a function responsible for business development, development of strategies and business plans, product development and customizations of Gunnebo's business within secure storage. He will take up the position alongside his current position as SVP Bank Security & Cash Handling. The change will be made with immediate effect.

Tomas Wängberg appointed SVP Region Americas
As SVP Region Americas, Tomas will be responsible for all marketing, sales and service-activities and P&Ls in the region. He will take up the position alongside his current position as SVP Business Development. The change will be made with immediate effect.

Per Borgvall SVP Group Support (acting)
Per Borgvall will take up the position as SVP Group Support (acting), a function responsible for change management, HR, IT and Communication & IR. The position was previously held by Mats Johansson, who passed away at the end of 2011 after a short period of illness. The change will be made with immediate effect.
