AMG Systems: CCTV transmission system for Museum of Islamic Art. AMG Systems announced that it has been contracted by Specialised & Interactive Systems (SIS) in the UAE to supply its new innovative fibre optic transmission system Guardian-LiteT 4600 for the security and surveillance system of the new Museum of Islamic Art in Doha, Qatar.

The museum will cover 31,500 m2/340,000 sq feet and will feature a public reception area, exhibition galleries and education activities area, technical and administrative space and support services area.

The project called for eight channel multiplexers for transmission of + 400 camera signals with associated data back to the control room.

AMG Systems is a provider of fibre optic transmission equipment designed for CCTV surveillance operations in the transportation and security sectors.
