Arinc Managed Services: support Samsung displays at airport. Arinc Managed Services has agreed to provide on-site warranty service and maintenance for a major installation of Samsung Electronics displays at one of North America’s largest airports.
The agreement covers more than a thousand Samsung monitors at the airport and off-site locations such as car rentals and hotels.
Arinc Managed Services (AMS) staff will provide first-level technical support, repair and replacement of Samsung monitors and televisions.
The equipment is used for passenger flight information and CNN News. The new agreement will benefit the airport by ensuring faster turnaround on monitor repairs and replacement, as well as by eliminating the need to keep spares and electronic sets on hand.
Samsung will benefit from greatly reduced logistics and lower shipping requirements for equipment under warranty, and from the skills of a team of AMS experts who can take care of electronics issues on site.
