ASIS International has announced that its 8th Middle East Security Conference & Exhibition will take place from 5-7 November 2017 in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

ASIS has decided to move its flagship event in the Middle East from the late February timing of recent years in order to better accommodate its expanding portfolio of global educational offerings. The 2017 event in Bahrain will serve ASIS members and stakeholders from across the region with a diverse program aimed at security professionals from a wide variety of key economic sectors.

ASIS Executive Vice President and CEO, Mr. Peter J. O’Neil, explains, “One of ASIS’ unique values to security professionals operating at a global level is our ability to offer insight and education tailored to organizations operating in a variety of key business regions. This means considerable interest from our members, delegates and exhibitors in attending multiple events per year in order to address the full scope of their needs. With this change of timing and a new location for ASIS Middle East 2017, we hope to better serve our community and stakeholders seeking to maximise their participation in our events. We thank Dubai for being a great host to ASIS and we are excited with the opportunity to run next year’s event in Bahrain”.
