Dedicated Micros: new warranty initiatives for Dennard 2060 outdoor dome. Dedicated Micros has announced a number of new warranty initiatives to support its Dennard 2060 outdoor dome – from a six months ‘No Quibble’ Exchange scheme to a four year “advanced replacement service” for installers.

Customers who have purchased any 2060 dome camera from 1 September 2007 will now be able to take advantage of an industry-leading six months ‚No Quibble‘ Exchange scheme - operated through their regional Dedicated Micros office (within the EU) which means that, should they be dissatisfied with their purchase within 6 months, the company will automatically replace the unit with a brand new dome.

Purchasers of 2060 domes will also be eligible for a four year extended warranty scheme which, crucially, doubles the previous warranty provided by the company for the 2060.
