EU-Safe use of nanomaterials - Commission publishes guidance for employers and workers

This  Guidance  document offers an overview of  the issues surrounding the safe use of MNMs in the workplace, sets out the broad outlines of preventive action and provides a practical tool for complying with specific aspects of ensuring workers' safety, such as risk assessment and risk management.

This  may be of particular value  to those who may  not  have  an  in-depth  technical  understanding  of  the  issues  involved,  and  may assist  in  ensuring  compliance  with  the  Occupational  Safety  and  Health  (OSH) legislation  when  dealing  with  MNMs.
