Genetec: Iberian office opened. As part of its European growth strategy, Genetec has announced the opening of a sales office in one of Madrid’s most popular business centers.

With over 2,000 installed cameras already being managed in Spain by their Omnicast IP video surveillance solution, the company felt there was significant opportunity to increase its presence as the convergence between IT and physical security continues to soar within this market.

As more and more businesses are converting their legacy systems to networked security solutions, there will not only be a local sales contact, but customers in this region will also benefit from the same level of on-site service and call center technical support as all other customers around the world.
