Bernt Ingman has been appointed new CFO and CIO (acting) for the Gunnebo Security Group. He succeeds Fredrik Östman, who has decided to leave the position as CFO and pursue new challenges outside the Group. Bernt Ingman will take up the position as of March 1, 2012.

"I would like to thank Fredrik Östman for his considerable contribution to Gunnebo. His extensive knowledge and experience of financials has been of great value for the development of the Group", says Per Borgvall.
Bernt Ingman has held the position as CFO at Husqvarna AB for six years. Before that he has among others held the position as CFO within Munters AB. Bernt Ingman will be a member of Gunnebo's Group executive team as of March 1, 2012.
