HID Global: EMEA region launch of HID Identity. HID Global announced the EMEA region launch of HID Identity, a new organisation offering a comprehensive set of solutions for the deployment of contact and contactless smart cardbased identity credentials.
Following the successful launch in the Americas, the newly formed service organisation will operate under the auspices of HID Global in Geroldswil, Switzerland.
The company combined the talents and resources of Interlock and Printoplast, along with its own EMEA Card Service Bureau, to launch this new unit that specialises in secure card manufacturing, identity related software and credential issuance processes.
As an expertise group, the newly formed organisation offers longstanding and industry-recognised expertise in multitechnology personal identity card production, card customisation and accessories.
