Hochiki Europes Display at Security Essen

Hochiki Europe will showcase some of its latest life safety systems, including Firescape and Firewave, in Hall 3.0, Booth 3A58 at this year’s Security Essen from the 27th to 30th September 2016 at Messe Essen.

As well as presenting key products, the leading life safety systems manufacturer is also inviting visitors on stand for product demonstrations and to discuss the industry’s latest developments, including the impact of new technology.

On display
Firescape is a low voltage emergency lighting system that generates less than five per cent of the CO2 emissions produced by traditional lighting. Based on LED technology, it is a fully intelligent emergency lighting concept that is also self testing.

Also on show is Firescape Lite, an emergency lighting concept specifically designed for smaller projects and refits. The system uses Firescape luminaires and exit signs powered directly from a building’s main electricity supply by use of a transformer unit to reduce costs and add greater ease of installation.

Hochiki Europe’s wireless fire detection system, Firewave, is another product that will be on display. Thanks to its seamless integration, users have maximum flexibility when it comes to configuring the system to match the specific needs of the building it is being used in.

Paul Adams, marketing manager at Hochiki Europe commented: “2016 has been a year of continued expansion. The opening of our new branch office in India, and the release of a number of new leading life safety products has put Hochiki Europe in a strong position, and we’re keen to see this momentum continue.

“Security Essen is a great opportunity to exchange ideas and solutions with those leading the way in fire safety solutions, and shape the way our industry operates. The Internet of Things, Industry 4.0 and smart cities will be big talking points this year, so we’re looking forward to discussing how they will influence the ways we protect buildings and their occupants.”

The event takes place in Essen, Germany and is expected to attract visitor from 110 different countries.
