i-Pro (formerly Panasonic Security), a global manufacturer of edge computing cameras for security and public safety, has expanded its EMEA Partner Program.

The move supports the company’s long-term growth strategy and commitment to building a dynamic, future-focused partner ecosystem. Unveiled last month at the i-Pro EMEA i-Summit 2025 annual partner conference in Barcelona, the enhanced program marks a strategic shift toward ecosystem-led innovation, ethical AI, and deep collaboration across mission-critical sectors such as transportation, large venues, stadiums, and smart cities.

The updated EMEA Partner Program introduces a new two-tier model for integrators inspired by i-Pro’s Japanese heritage:
Fuji Partners – elite collaborators recognized for deep expertise, innovation, and sustained engagement.
Torii Partners – trusted new entrants aligned with i-Pro values and eager to grow within the community.

Partners in the program gain access to a robust suite of benefits that includes extended warranties, preferential pricing, demo equipment discounts, dedicated local support, and expert guidance from day one. They also receive ongoing training for both technical and sales teams, access to joint marketing opportunities, exclusive use of the EZ2 partner portal, and invitations to community events and summits across Europe.“Our partners are not just resellers – they are co-creators,” said Jose Riolobos, President of i-Pro EMEA. Together, we are building a collaborative community that is shaping the future of intelligent security. We see our partners as an extension of our business, and firmly believe that lasting success comes from strong, trusted relationships.”

Partners also gain a deeper understanding of the company’s Japanese roots and its commitment to precision manufacturing and quality through the program and their close collaboration with i-Pro. They gain hands-on knowledge of the latest camera models introduced this year, built at the manufacturer’s new state-of-the-art factory in Saga, Japan.

i-Pro offers online technical training through the i-Pro Active Learning Platform to equip their partners with the expertise needed to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market. This multilingual technical education portal offers practical training in AI analytics, VMS deployment, camera configuration, and more. Participants are guided through a complete setup process, from unboxing to configuration, while gaining practical experience with i-Pro systems. The platform also includes links to FAQs and technical videos. Participants earn a certification upon completing each course, an increasingly important credential as demand for verified technical expertise continues to rise. “Partnering with i-Pro has transformed how we approach security innovation. The new Partner Program is a game-changer, giving us the tools, insights, and collaborative power to deliver smarter, more efficient security solutions," commented Gust Dierckx, Founder and Owner at DNCS.

As the company continues to grow, i-Pro is actively seeking new partners – particularly integrators, AI app developers, and solution architects – ready to shape the next chapter of security innovation. i-Pro recently became the first company in the security industry to achieve ISO/IEC 42001 certification for AI management, setting a new industry benchmark for transparency, ethics, and security governance. This dedication to responsible technology is embedded in the partner program itself, attracting collaborators who share these values.
