Innovation in Action: What’s New at Stanley Security

Protecting over 700,000 buildings globally with powerful and intuitive security solutions that empower protectors, Stanley Security continues to lead with innovation and technology For Those Who Make the World. Here’s a highlight of what’s new at Stanley Security:

Solution Spotlight: Workplace and Visitor Management

Managing who enters and leaves a building can be quite a time-consuming and costly process. And without automation, long wait times and a cumbersome process can lead to a poor experience.

Stanley Security’s visitor management system helps workplaces, both large and small, ramp up operational efficiencies, foster a healthier workplace environment, and enforce compliance by automating visitor screening and check-in policies.

With an integrated and automated visitor management solution, organizations can create an exceptional visitor experience and reduce the costs for staffing entrances round-the-clock. Lastly, a visitor management system can help ensure the health and safety of those inside your building by reducing close contact during check-in, and only allowing those who pass your screening protocols to enter your facility. Customer Spotlight: The Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra

Stanley Security recently collaborated with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra (ISO) to help enhance the facility’s safety and security program with a touchless security screening system. Evolv Express helps make it possible for venues of all kinds to keep visitors safe from concealed weapons, pandemic health threats, and intruders.

The ISO aims to provide a first-class experience for its patrons, and helping to ensure a safe and secure environment is key to achieving that. When evaluating safety and security technology options, ISO leadership had to find a solution that met the following criteria:

A Better Patron Experience

  • Patrons can now get to their seats faster without waiting in long lines
  • Avoid cumbersome, intrusive, and close-contact security processes that require patrons to surrender their bags to invasive searches

A Cleaner Look

  • The security screening systems blend into the aesthetic of the beautiful and elegant theatre lobby
  • No alterations were needed to the historical integrity of the interior of the building

Powered by the Evolv Cortex AI software platform, the touchless security screening system uses proprietary sensors and artificial intelligence to differentiate weapons from personal items in real-time. Evolv Express keeps high-volume entrances flowing by reliably detecting guns and other weapons as people walk through naturally – without requiring that patrons empty their pockets, bags, backpacks, or other belongings. The system can screen more than 3,600 people per hour – 10 times faster than metal detectors.

Learn more about how this touchless technology avoids close contact and decreases long lines of people – two things that are no longer acceptable – and the rise of the digital threshold.
