Intellio is under new ownership

In March 2015 the ARH group has acquired 100% of Intellio's shares. 

With this latest acquisition, Intellio Inc. has become part of a solely Hungarian technology company with firm financial footing, dominating international presence and several market-leading products in the fields of transportation management and security. The change of ownership assures that Intellio remains focused on advanced R&D for ever-improving product range and with the constant aim to satisfy all of its partners' and customers' demands.
