Jaana Klinga new General Counsel at iLoq

Jaana Klinga has been appointed as iLOQ’s General Counsel from 3.10.2022 and will also become a member of iLOQ's Management Team.

Prior to joining iLOQ, Jaana worked as General Counsel for Nokian Tyres.

Jaana has extensive experience in senior legal positions both in internationally listed companies and in law firms. She will take overall responsibility for the company's legal affairs and will play a key role in the company's risk and compliance management. Jaana holds a Master of Laws degree from Helsinki University.

Jaana will report to CEO Heikki Hiltunen and act as Secretary to the Board.
