The Board of Directors of Kaba Holding AG has appointed Stefano Zocca to be the new Head of Key Systems Europe/Asia Pacific and a member of the Group Management Board. He takes up his new post on 1 July 2011.

The Board of Directors of Kaba Holding AG has appointed Stefano Zocca (48) as the new Head of Key Systems Europe/Asia Pacific and as a member of the Group Management Board with effect from 1 July 2011. He will succeed Roberto Gaspari, who - as announced in October of last year - will take charge of the Business Segment Access + Data Systems EMEA/Asia Pacific from 1 July 2011.
Stefano Zocca brings over twenty years of international experience in sales, marketing, procurement and logistics to the job. Since 1988, he has worked for Whirlpool Europe, a leading manufacturer of household appliances in Europe, where he held various management posts with increasing international responsibility. Most recently, he was General Manager for the Central Europe, Middle East, Africa and Turkey. Stefano Zocca is an Italian national and has a degree in economics from the Bocconi University in Milan (Italy).
In the words of Kaba Group CEO Rudolf Weber: "We are delighted to have found a proven leader for this challenging post in the person of Stefano Zocca. The Key Systems Business Segment will without doubt benefit from his twenty years of international experience and sales focus - I am confident that he will bring new impulses to Kaba."
