Milestone Systems is responding to rapid expansion in the MEA region by hiring several new employees. A 30 percent growth in 2015 resulted in new office openings in Beirut, Jeddah and Johannesburg. Louise Bou Rached has been hired as Channel Business Manager, Saif Faleh Al-Shahrani, Channel Business Manager, Saudi Arabia, and Christoff Havinga, Distribution Channel Manager, Southern Africa Territory.
Louise Bou Rached earned an MBA in Management & Strategy and brings a wealth of experience from CIS Group where she handled the African Business for EMC² products. She will be based in Lebanon and report to Rafik Lamri, Regional Sales Manager, MEA. “We are excited to welcome Louise as increasing demand from MEA customers requires us to recruit more and more talented employees. Louise has already gotten off to an excellent start and has become a great addition to the team,” states Rafik.
Saif Faleh Al-Shahrani comes to Milestone from Saudi Business Machines, formerly IBM Saudi. In that role he handled key accounts in government and private sectors. Saif holds an MBA in Business Administration. He will be based in Jeddah and report to Ahmad Saleh Al-Haider, Country Manager, Saudi Arabia. “Saif brings proven experience building customer relationships throughout a complete account life cycle. We are confident his talents will translate well as a Channel Business Manager for Milestone’s MEA customers,” says his manager, Ahmad.
Chris Havinga was first introduced to Milestone when he started in the industry at an installation company. He went on to join distributor, Compass Visual Security, where he worked as their Milestone Product Manager. Chris’ role as Distribution Channel Manager, Southern Africa Territories, will base him in Johannesburg, South Africa. He reports to Peter Bilsted.
Peter describes the addition of Chris as a “real win” for Milestone. “Chris offers insight from the viewpoint of so many various stakeholders that our entire community benefits from the depth of his knowledge and understanding.”
