Mobotix reports increase in sales of 36% to €73 million in fiscal year 2010/11

Mobotix AG, system provider of high-resolution and network-based video security systems, announces the Group's financial results (the IFRS financial statements) for the fiscal year 2010/11 (July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011). Sales growth as well as the EBIT-margin could be further considerably increased in comparison to previous year. Total sales increased by 36% to €73.2 million (previous year: €53.8 million).

Mobotix closes fiscal year 2010/11 with an increase in sales of 36% to €73 million The fiscal year results at a glance:

  • Sales: €73.2 million (+ 36%)
  • Export ratio: 76%
  • EBIT: €19.2 million (+ 58%)
  • EBIT in % of total output: 25%
  • Net income for the period (after taxes): €13.2 million (+ 58%)
  • Earnings per share €3.00 (+ 59%)

EBITDA of €22.0 million translated into an EBITDA margin of almost 29%. EBIT increased by 58% to €19.2 million (previous year: €12.1 million) and therefore the Group EBIT margin was 25% in fiscal year 2010/11. Net income after taxes climbed disproportionately by 58% from €8.4 million to €13.2 million. Accordingly, earnings per share improved by approximately 59% to €3.00 (previous year: €1.89). The Management Board of MOBOTIX AG will present all results of the fiscal year 2010/11 in a teleconference on August 24, 2011 at 11:00 a.m.
