Tyco International (NYSE: TYC) announced that it will host an investor meeting on September 18, 2012 in New York City to discuss the Fire & Security and ADT businesses resulting from the company's planned separation. The meeting will be held in the Hudson Theatre at the Millennium Broadway Hotel located at 145 West 44th Street in Times Square starting at 8:30 a.m. (EDT).

The meeting will include presentations by George Oliver, future Chief Executive Officer of Tyco Fire & Security, and Naren Gursahaney, future Chief Executive Officer of The ADT Corporation, along with members of their senior management teams.

Following is the schedule for the day:

7:30 a.m.
-- Tyco Fire & Security Presentation
8:30 a.m.
-- Lunch Break
12 noon
-- ADT Corporation Presentation
1:00 p.m.
