UFIS-AS Sells Baggage Handling Subsidiary

UFIS Airport Solutions AS (UFIS-AS), a leading provider of airport management systems, announced today that it has sold its subsidiary Airport Innovation AS to DSG Systems AS in an asset sale.

Airport Innovation AS is a provider of high-level control software for airport baggage handling systems. "The sale of our baggage handling business will allow UFIS-AS to focus on our core mission to become the clear industry leader in the airport management systems sector," says Anders Sagadin, President and CEO of UFIS-AS.
