Bosch: IP-based Horn Loudspeakers with Amp Module – GSA25 Finalist

The IP horn loudspeakers are designed to provide superior sound quality and flexible integration for video security and public address applications, supporting both two-way VoIP (Voice-over-IP) communications via SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) and pre-recorded/automated messages.

The 15-watt class-D amplifier module is designed for direct connection to passive loudspeakers or via line-out to an external amplifier, serving as a bridging device to add VoIP/SIP capability to existing public address systems, increasing functionality while extending ROI. The horns are each equipped with a built-in class-D amplifier and can be integrated directly into existing SIP-capable systems. Horns and amplifier module support PoE.

The LHN-UC15L-SIP and LHN-UC15W-SIP horns serve as a state-of-the-art integrated audio solution for use with video security systems, providing immediate audio intervention when and where it is needed most.

For example, businesses, facilities and institutions must monitor their perimeters to ensure the safety and compliance of persons on the premises and to proactively prevent trespassing, theft and vandalism.
