The thermal method of image generation is of course unaffected by fog and drizzle, or glare from light sources. Built-in heaters de-fog the image and IP67, NEMA 4X compliance and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 60°C equips them well for long-term work in harsh environments.

Tracking of objects lightens the load on security personnel, and complements other security cameras, radar devices, and their monitoring systems to maintain continuous tracking beyond the field of view of a a single device. Web-based configuration and management provide masking of analytic detection areas, adjustable sensitivity, automatic responses, and remote I/O control.

The FCB series AI cameras are ideal for cyber-hardened security systems in critical infrastructure environments and government applications, having been through internal and external vulnerability tests, undergone stringent code reviews, and rigorous IT protocol checks.
