Future Fibre Technologies: Secure Zone. Secure Zone is a fibre-optic intrusion detection system that is easily installed on the perimeter fences of facilities such as industrial complexes, Government facilities and power plants.

It has up to 16 independent hardware zones, each up to 500 metres and can be configured so that if the cable is cut in one zone, the remaining 15 zones continue operating normally.

Secure Zone can interface and activate CCTV systems, lighting, gates, email, plus a broad range of external devices and systems.

It incorporates FFT’s advanced signal processing technology to overcome the common problem of nuisance alarms.

It requires no electronics or power in the field.
