Geutebrück: DSP-based video encoder Cam 2 IP. Geutebrück’s DSP-based video encoder Cam 2 IP has two important roles: it enables the easy integration of analogue cameras into networks, and it puts the intelligent video management where it can relieve the network most, next to the camera.

Designed to operate in CCTV systems with Geviscope or Reporter CCTV platforms, the encoder reinvigorates existing infrastructure with its high functionality and easy software upgrading.

It converts an existing analogue camera into an intelligent network camera which only feeds pictures into the network when they are needed and in the form they are needed, saving bandwidth and hence network costs.
