JVC: IP-network PTZ camera series VN-V686

JVC: IP-network PTZ camera series VN-V686. The VN-V686 series from JVC comprises two new camera models including an indoor IP PTZ camera, model VN-V686U and an IP66 rated dome camera with outdoor housing, model VN-V686WPU.

The series use an interline transfer scan CCD with progressive output producing outstanding image quality. The 36 x optical zoom makes it suitable for most applications.

Both cameras come with highly sensitive Super Lolux technology and a true day/night function with on and off infrared filter to ensure advanced night time monitoring (at a minimum 0.04 lux, in black and white mode).

The Direct Drive Motor mechanism incorporated inside the cameras increases the degree of accuracy in how it moves and locks on to objects.
