Dahua Technology has launched DSS Professional V8.5, the latest upgrade of its security management software. This is designed to simplify security management, with advancements in the user interface, interactive AR monitoring, deeper integration, and enhanced access management tailored to meet the evolving demands of various industries. The optimized UI enhances visibility and usability with higher color contrast and gradient font sizes. Incorporating advanced Augmented Reality (AR) technology, users can now configure AR system names, add tag templates, and mark targets on the monitoring screen with various tags such as calibration point tags, area tags, vector tags, and direction tags. The software also allows filtering of tags and supports enabling/disabling of intelligent features, providing a comprehensive and customizable monitoring solution. The new version supports generic event-customized connections to third-party alarms and allows adding third-party devices through RTSP. DSS Professional V8.5 addresses a wider range of parking scenarios with features such as no-barrier parking management, main-sub parking lot configurations, and more flexible car search rules. Student attendance tracking, optimized retail features, and improved intelligent inspection capabilities provide tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of various industries.
