SeeTec: active search. The manufacturer-independent SeeTec 5 software offers Isearch, H.264, and industry-specific solutions for the logistics sector.

At Ifsec, the company is exhibiting again in cooperation with Eyevis and Advancis.

With Isearch, the intelligent image archive search function, users can highlight an image area of a camera, and search for changes in the image area comfortably.

The user can either search for all movements in this area within a certain period of time, or for a certain action (for example, an object left abandoned on a platform).

The current version uses a new component for visualisation of MPEG and H.264 data flows. This makes it considerably easier to install and use MPEG-4 from companies such as Acti and Panasonic in SeeTec, because it is not necessary to install any more Activex components from camera manufacturers.
