Using the SMZ Web fault reporting system, alarm systems and the entire range of buildings technology can be monitored & controlled by computer around the clock. Including an integrated web server and TCP/IP connection to link up with the local LAN or Internet. SMZ is supplied in a wall-mounting casing, and can be expanded in octuple modules for up to 32 signals. The installation can be subsequently expanded to 96 signals at any time. The octuple input cards can be flexibly configured per input, whereby 23 different input types are available. The installation engineer uses the browser’s control interface to organise the employed inputs into groups, and connects up the outputs as relays or as open collector outputs. In the basic casing, there is the option of individual LED display for up to 32 groups.
