The company’s core competence is the own developed its high-quality 3D sensor technology. It provides reliable detection due to parameters such as objects size, direction, virtual fences and the perspective recognition.

Weather conditions, sunlight, reflections and almost any other type of disturbance in outdoor areas will be filtered out even at night. Only real movements e.g. intruders or vehicles will set off an alarm.

The viasys sensor is especially designed for a very low false alarm rate in order to provide reliable alerting especially in outdoor areas. Typical customers are for example car dealers, consumer markets, logistics, schools, transports, disposal, DIY-shops, prisons or waterworks.

As the first video sensor worldwide, the viasys sensor can be implemented directly on the Axis camera and video encoder (fully embedded software).

It is a pure software module for integration into Axis devices with a reduction of false alarms of the integrated Axis Motion Detection by 95%.
