Barco and Creon announce Strategic Partnership for Benelux and Nordics
A complete offering for the control room markets with visualization hardware and software solutions.
Barco and Creon announce the signing of a strategic alliance contract. This will allow the two companies to jointly approach the control room markets with a complete offering consisting of visualization hardware and software solutions, and the matching technical furniture.
Creon has been in the control rooms furniture business since the late 1990s. The company has built a strong reputation for its high-quality products and focus on usability and ergonomics. Combined with Barco’s control room solutions (including content management and distribution systems, operator workspace software and video wall solutions), the companies can offer an almost 360° control room solution to customers.
Barco and Creon have decided to work together in some areas of their business, concentrating on the Benelux area (Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg) and the Nordics (Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark). This includes co-marketing (online, but also at events) and sharing business opportunities. In this way, they aim to inform the audience in an optimal way and approach the market with an even stronger offering. This alliance will build upon earlier successful cooperations between Barco and Creon, such as the Antwerp Fire Services project.
