Hikvision announced that it has received Lenel factory certification and joined the Lenel OpenAccess Alliance Program (OAAP). Hikvision's Internet Protocol (IP) based cameras now have the ability to integrate Lenel's OnGuard access control system, increasingly flexible solutions to meet customer needs.
"Hikvision has completed the required factory testing at Lenel to validate the functionality of its interface to OnGuard. The combination of Hikvision video solutions with Lenel's OnGuard access control system allows customers to greatly simplify their physical security management and quickly identify potential critical events. This integration also allows customers to better choose from a variety of Hikvision H.264 camera models to fully optimize their solution," said Gidon Lissai, director, strategic alliances, Lenel. "We look forward to their continued involvement in the Lenel OpenAccess Alliance Program."
"This relationship with Lenel demonstrates Hikvision's commitment toward openness, while concurrently providing the streamlining of Hikvision's IP-based cameras and Lenel's OnGuard access control system," said Keen Yao, international marketing director, Hikvision. "Together, we bring a complete integrated security solution to the market for our mutual customers."
Hikvision's IP-based camera range comprises bullet cameras, dome cameras, and box cameras - with all boasting a range of technological features, such as high resolution, wide dynamic range, low light capability, ease of installation, and much more.
