Visitors to Intersec Saudi Arabia 2025 can explore advanced life safety solutions engineered specifically for the region’s most challenging conditions - extreme heat, fast-paced construction timelines, and stringent regulatory standards - from 29 September - 1 October at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center.

Hochiki are exhibiting in Hall 5, Stand E-10. Their Regional Sales Manager, James Morrison, said, "We are not a security company that also does fire - fire safety is the only thing we do. This is our singular purpose, and has been since we began in 1918. Every product, every piece of advice, and every local distributor is focused entirely on protecting lives and property.”

Hochiki will show both EN and UL-certified solutions, including detectors and devices tested and approved to the latest UL 268 7th Edition standard, now a requirement under the Saudi Building Code and Civil Defense regulations. This latest edition introduces stricter requirements for smoke detection, including improved performance against nuisance alarms and more accurate detection of real fire conditions. Hochiki’s UL 7th Edition-compliant products help to ensure that projects in the Kingdom meet the highest international fire safety benchmarks, without compromising installation efficiency or long-term reliability.

Among the solutions on display will be Ekho, a hybrid wireless fire detection system ideal for retrofits, heritage sites, and complex installations; Latitude, a powerful fire control panel with Hotel Mode, allowing programmable alarm delays to minimize guest disruption; marine and specialist ranges designed for ports, offshore platforms, and heavy industrial environments.

With manufacturing in Japan, the UK, and the US, and testing to aerospace-level reliability standards, Hochiki’s systems are trusted in hospitals, schools, high-rise buildings, and commercial developments across Saudi Arabia. As part of its continued support for Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiative, the company remains committed to raising life safety standards through local partnerships, compliant technologies, and global fire detection expertise.

Visit the Hochiki stand E-10 in Hall 5 at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center to see these products and solutions on show.
