VCA has appointed Ian Young to the role of Business Development Manager for the EMEA region.

Ian will be responsible for developing relationships with key market influencers, including consultants, specifiers and systems integrators to identify sales opportunities for VCA’s new range of IP network video devices which feature its highly acclaimed analytics technology.

Prior to joining VCA, Ian was Commercial Manager for SmartCCTV Ltd, a value added reseller of video analytics, video incident detection systems and high end surveillance solutions for the transport sector.

“Ian is a welcome addition to our fast expanding global sales team,” said Kevin Waterhouse, Executive Vice President, Global Sales for VCA. “His appointment reflects our commitment to continue to invest in recruiting people of the highest calibre to ensure that we provide customers worldwide with the highest levels of pre and post sales support.”
