ICT appoints Thomas Napora VP and General Manager EMEA

Thomas Napora has been appointed the Vice President and General Manager for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.

Based in the UK, Thomas originally hails from Germany where he previously served in the German Air Force as a soldier and an IT network specialist, working at NATO headquarters and in national commanding units before moving into the private security sector. He brings over 15 years’ experience across multiple industries in the EMEA region – from government institutions and utilities infrastructure to Fortune 500 companies – working with leading CCTV, video management systems, physical security information management, and sensor technology manufacturers. He specializes in providing customized solutions to solve complex and challenging problems for his customers.

When asked what he’s most excited about, Thomas shared: "I live and breathe security and take pride in securing companies, institutions, and people. This dedication stems from my soldier mentality, which I have developed since the age of 18 years old. I’m excited to join the ICT team and spearhead the development of the EMEA region, showcasing ICT's outstanding security solutions throughout these markets."

Richard Hawker, Chief Revenue Officer, ICT added: “With Thomas Napora at the helm, ICT is poised for significant growth in the EMEA region."
