iLOQ products are available from 1,000 retailers around the world

iLOQ was founded in 2003. In 2007, iLOQ introduced the world's first battery-free digital locking system that harvests energy for unlocking from the motion of pushing the key into the lock.

In 2016, iLOQ released the first lock cylinder that generates the electrical power it needs for unlocking from an NFC-compatible smartphone.iLOQ employs more than 170 people. It currently has sales offices in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Germany, the Netherlands, France and Spain, with new country offices being prepared. The Company’s retailers are also growing rapidly. iLOQ’s digital locking and mobile access sharing solutions can be purchased from more than 1,000 retailers in nearly 30 countries from Australia to Greenland.
