Samsung Techwin Europe launches multi-platform website. The design of the website reflects the fact that a large percentage of customers now wish to have instant access to product and technical support information via mobile devices.

Customers will find that it has been developed to be ultra-user friendly and highly responsive, across smartphones, tablets, laptops and PCs. In addition to datasheets covering all Samsung video surveillance products, visitors will find the new site allows them instant access to a new ‘Download Centre’ where they can find help with technical queries, training and a wide range of system design and product installation tools, including video tutorials.

Our new multi-language website has been designed with the help of feedback from customers and business partners throughout Europe,” said Justin Hollis, Marketing Manager for Samsung Techwin Europe. “We have responded by providing installers and systems integrators with ready access to information, helping them quickly and easily learn more about the products and services we offer.

The launch of the website is part of a process we are undertaking to re-invigorate our pre and post sales support activities through incremental support and investment from our parent company Hanwha. We will of course continue to listen to our partners and customers, so that the website continues to deliver the best possible customer experience.”
