The Nedap AVI team expanded this spring with Business Development Managers Michael Rijssemus, Mahmoud Al Mashriqi and Giordano Marietta and Marketeer Ido Wentink. Rijssemus (37) is responsible for Great Britain and South Africa, while Al Mashriqi (30) and Marietta (35) actively engage respectively Middle East and Italy. Wentink (30) is working on the Nedap AVI brand.
"It is our strategy to intensively focus on a number of regions worldwide, in order to respond to needs in each market specifically. Therefore we choose to invest in dedicated sales and marketing representatives on specific regions. Michiel Rijssemus, business development, Great Britain and South Africa
Michiel has been active in sales and business development for more than eleven years, starting his career at KPN Mobile, followed by British Petroleum and later on in logistics. At Nedap AVI, Michiel is responsible for business development in the British and the South African market.
Giordano Marietta, business development and customer support, Italy
Previously, Giordano worked for three years at Primec, then installer of Nedap AVI in Italy. After several years he decided to return to the security and parking industry. At Nedap AVI Italy, Giordano will be responsible for business development and customer support in the Italian market.
Mahmoud Al Mashriqi, business development, Middle East
For most of his career Mahmoud was in IT. After completing his Master's degree in Business Administration, he made the switch to sales and business development for the Mintel International Group and One Prepay. Now in Nedap AVI, Mahmoud is responsible for business development in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) area.
Ido Wentink, marketing and communications, The Netherlands
Having previously worked as a consultant at a marketing agency, Ido brings marketing and communications experience into Nedap. He is focusing on building the Nedap AVI brand and constructing product marketing messages as well.
