Paxton Access: Tom Cowling is Large Projects Manager. Paxton Access has appointed Tom Cowling as Large Projects Manager.

With a degree in industrial design and over six years engineering and project management experience, he will support and manage large Net2 access control installations.

After leaving De Montfort University, Cowling joined ‘Industrial Design’, a new department at engineering consultants The Engineering Link.

He will actively seek out large projects and will manage all bespoke requirements personally.
