Paxton appoints Peter Koueik as Head of Technical Operations for MENA region
Paxton has announced that Peter Koueik is now Head of Technical Operations for the Middle East and North Africa.

Based in Dubai, Peter will lead all technical support and training activities across the region, ensuring installers and system integrators have the practical knowledge and tools needed to install, configure, and maintain Paxton systems. This includes managing the Free System Integrator Training program, which provides hands-on sessions and online learning for both new and experienced installers.
Peter said: “I’m delighted to step into this role as Head of Technical Operations for Paxton in the MENA. Our aim in the region is to be the system integrators' trusted partner, introduce them to our distributors, and provide them with the right skillset to be able to seamlessly commission and install Paxton products.”
Paxton offers structured courses to give installers and integrators the confidence to deploy and maintain its systems. Training is tailored to different experience levels and delivered through multiple formats. Introductory training is for new installers to provide them with an induction to our Paxton product portfolio. This will give them overall general information about our products. Net2 training is for new or experienced installers looking to stay up to date with the latest developments, Net2 training covers everything needed to get the most from the system such as hands-on installation of controllers, readers, keypads, and wireless door handles software configuration in both Net2 Lite and Net2 Pro. Paxton10 training combines access control and video management in a single platform. Training introduces the system architecture and provides practical experience with installation and setup, such as configuring the Paxton10 Server for single or multi-site projects, adding and managing cameras, door controllers, and smart credentials etc.
Online training happens through the Paxton Learning Portal, allowing flexible online training wherever there is access to a computer and the internet. Courses are available on both Net2 and Paxton10 and allow learning at an individual pace through structured, interactive training modules with knowledge checks, and certification upon completion to support professional development.
Paxton’s training sessions run throughout the year, both in-person at the company’s offices or at an installers premises, and also online, enabling installers and system integrators across the region to become certified and confident in deploying the product range at their convenience.
