Pixim: Orca chipset selected to power Ganz‘ first wide dynamic range. Pixim announced that their Orca chipset was selected to power Ganz‘ first wide dynamic range (WDR) indoor/ outdoor vandal resistant mini-dome camera series, the ZCDW4039NHA and ZC-DWT- 4039NHA for the US market and the ZC-DW4039PHA and ZC-DWT4039PHA for the European Union and East Asian market.

CBC will distribute the camera with its in-house Computar varifocal lenses integrated.

The cameras offer a number of key advantages.

The dome cameras feature Pixim‘s Digital Pixel System (DPS) technology that allows individual pixel sampling to determine optimum exposure in all areas of the image. This provides a balanced exposure of both bright and dark areas in the same scene.
