Romanian Security Summit 2025

The Romanian Security Summit 2025 is entering its final stage of preparation. Organizers are inviting all interested companies to seize the last opportunity to apply for sponsorship packages and exhibition space, as registrations will soon close.

More than 70% of the exhibition floor has already been sold, with a strong lineup of leading international and regional companies set to present their latest security innovations in Bucharest. The industry’s keen interest is further reflected in over 1,000 participant registrations to date.

This year’s exhibition layout features a specially designed floor plan that ensures maximum exhibitor visibility and easy visitor access, creating a dynamic and efficient environment for B2B networking.

The Romanian Security Summit will take place on November 5–6 at the Romexpo Exhibition Centre, serving as a key regional platform for knowledge exchange, innovation, and business development in the security industry.

“The tremendous interest from exhibitors and participants is the best confirmation that the security industry recognizes the importance of this event. Our goal is to make the Romanian Security Summit a place where global brands and local institutions meet to shape the security standards of the future. Now is the right time for companies that wish to be part of this event to secure their spot,” said Mircea Ciordaș, President of the Romanian Association for Security Technology (ARTS).

The Summit will also feature a rich conference program with renowned speakers presenting strategic topics and emerging technology trends shaping the future of security.

The Romanian Security Summit is jointly organized by the professional magazine a&s Adria and the Romanian Association for Security Technology (ARTS), with strong institutional and international support.
