As a family of IFSEC series organised by UBM, SECON has been renowned as the No.1 Korean security exhibition with its 22,000 m2 of exhibition area. This Korean security exhibition has been growing from year to year at around 13% since 2012 and both international exhibitors & visitors have expressed high satisfaction with the show.

Furthermore, the show expects to have more than 400 exhibitors from 20 countries and 45,000 visitors and decision makers including Korean central & local government agencies, Military officers, Police, Public institutions, SI, and etc.

In contrast with other exhibitions in Korea, SECON 2018 is offering ‘Hosted buyer programme’. The secretariat is planning to invite delegation of buyers from China, India, Taiwan and ASEAN region to create a solid business in the show. Through these aggressive visitor promotion programmes, there is no doubt that SECON 2018 will be a great opportunity for both exhibitors and visitors to boost their business.

In addition, SECON 2018 provides domestic and international security solutions for buyers from a wide range of industries and sectors including government & public offices, local government, national defence, finance, education, security manufacturing, computer/internet/telecommunication, SI, security departments, electronics/construction, enterprise, services and others. According to the result of SECON 2017, 60.8% of 44,358 visitors were C-level executives or decision makers, and 25.4% of total visitors were hands-on managers who are actively involved in security work.

In order to become a worldwide integrated security exhibition, SECON 2018 is in the running to host major security companies and national pavilions. As of December 2017, over 80% of exhibition area was already sold with great supports.
