Securitas: expands Alert Services. Securitas-Alert Services has boosted its UK customer support following the acquisition of GRB Security.
The deal includes GRB Security’s manned guarding and mobile intervention operations, as well as its Walsall, West Midlands-based 24-hour Alarm Receiving Centre, which holds NSI Gold accreditation.
Bob Marston-Taylor, Country Manager-UK of Securitas-Alert Services, welcomed the move, stressing how GRB’s complementary professional skills will enhance Securitas-Alert Services’ customer service: “We’re delighted with this buyout, which significantly helps to expand our wide ranging monitoring services. GRB has an impressive and loyal portfolio of customers and we are looking forward to working with them in the future."
