Secutech Vietnam: 350 Global Security and Fire Safety Suppliers Signed Up
Hanoi is poised to become the focal point of the security and fire safety business as Secutech Vietnam returns to the city for the first time in seven years from 19 – 21 July 2023.
The sold-out fair will welcome 350 exhibitors from across the globe, including Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, India, Italy, Luxembourg, Malaysia, New Zealand, Poland, Sweden, Taiwan, the UAE, the UK and the US, while Japan, Korea, Singapore and Vietnam will be represented at pavilions across 11,000 sqm of exhibition space at the Friendship Cultural Palace.
“We are thrilled that all booth space was fully booked two months before opening, but more importantly, strong international exhibitor participation this year is evidence of the show’s position as one of the most influential trade fairs for security and fire safety in Vietnam,” explains Ms Regina Tsai, General Manager, Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd – Taiwan Branch. “With support from the Ministry of Public Security Vietnam and the Fire and Rescue Police Department, we are honoured that the 61st Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People Police Force will be celebrated at the show. This will attract government officials and large numbers of relevant industry players to join this important event, allowing suppliers to demonstrate their products and services to them face-to-face.”
The fair has attracted a contingent of well-known overseas suppliers such as Bisen, FNK, Hangzhou JF Tech, Motorola Solutions, Network Optix, Quantum, TVT Shenzhen and Videonetics Technology, while Singapore exhibitors will be highlighted at a dedicated pavilion displaying security and fire safety products. Vietnamese suppliers are also well-represented, including Astec, DAI AN, Silversea, Techpro and Tran Duy.
Concurrent Events and Fringe Programme Strengthen Business Links
As a unique one-stop platform for a diverse scope of products, the show will once again feature popular concurrent events, Fire & Safety and SMAbuilding. These events offer extensive crossover business opportunities for industry players during the three-day show. The Fire & Safety event will allow suppliers to capitalise on Hanoi’s strictly enforced fire regulations and inspections. This sector is also experiencing demand from new construction projects, which must adhere to the city’s building codes and regulations. Particularly in densely populated residential and industrial areas, demand from building owners is creating significant business potential for the sector.
A long list of local and international exhibitors will take the opportunity to capitalise on the vast prospects in this market. These include Gielle, Heibei Dikai Piping, Jinan Meide, Mallcom India, Shenzhen HTI Sanjiang, Udyogi and Yun Yang. Local suppliers will include D&C Vina, Draeger Vietnam, Hai Phuong, PHÚC ĐẠI AN, S-TEC Vina, Secom Vietnam and Vina Foam.
In addition to the Vietnam Fire Association Pavilion, the event will also feature the Korea Disaster & Safety Technology Pavilion organised by the Safra, and the Japan Fire Pavilion where visitors can explore the latest innovations from renowned suppliers. Exhibitors will showcase a wide range of products such as fire extinguishing equipment, fire alarms & sensors, PPE & occupational safety, disaster prevention and fire-proof materials. Meanwhile, SMAbuilding exhibitors will focus on building management software and systems, as well as energy savings and more.
Market updates and business networking will also be top priorities at the fairground. This year’s fringe programme topics are a response to ongoing industry innovations and developments, such as mobile access control, smart transportation, and intelligent fire and rescue equipment, which will be examined by industry experts.
To further facilitate connections, a one-on-one business matching programme will connect global suppliers and buyers. This programme is designed to help business leaders identify partnership opportunities, with a selection of suppliers providing customised analysis and advice tailored to each visitor during these meetings.
