To meet fresh growth and increased business, integrated security solutions manufacturer TDSi has expanded its UK Head Office team with the addition of new Office Manager, Kathryn Sutcliffe as well as its French Office, with Samia Dali joining the company as Assistante Technico-Commerciale. TDSi has further enhanced its export support with the appointment of Jody Hayter to a dedicated Export Customer Care Advisor role.

TDSi's Managing Director, John Davies commented, "To meet the needs of our growing business we're bringing further fresh talent to the TDSi team. Kathryn joins us in a brand new role of Office Manager in Poole at a crucial stage, with product development leaping ahead and the continued evolution of our partner programme. I am also delighted to announce the appointment of Jody Hayter to our export team, a key part of our business that accounts for 40% of our sales and is an essential ingredient to our continued growth. It is also exciting to be able to welcome Samia Dali to our French team - which continues to build our customer base in a busy market, both domestically and also in French-speaking Africa."

Kathryn Sutcliffe joins the Poole Head Office from the role of Events Manager at Dorset Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Her wealth of organisational experience includes being a Council Member of Dorset Junior Chamber, a role at Inspire Professional Services and as the PA to Brian Iddon MP at the House of Commons. Kathryn is also one of the team behind the annual Dorset Business Awards, which celebrates the county's most vibrant businesses and its contribution to the UK economy as a whole. On taking on her new role Kathryn commented, "I am excited to be joining the TDSi team, a good example of a growing and forward-looking business that is expanding well beyond its local roots."

Jody Hayter starts her new role as Customer Care Advisor having worked for TDSi the past 14 years. She started her career at the company as a Revenue Systems Administrator back in September 2000. Reflecting on her new role, Jody commented, "As part of a dynamic team, I've built good relationships with our customers and we pride ourselves on consistently delivering excellent levels of service.  I've been involved with both our UK and overseas accounts during my career at TDSi so far and in my new role I am now focusing on working with our customers in TDSi's ever-growing export markets."

Samia Dali has joined the TDSi France team at Noisey Le Grand near Paris to support business growth both in France and French-speaking Africa. With additional fluency in both English and Arabic, Samia is ideally placed to help the team leverage further business growth. Before joining TDSi Samia assisted with commercial and administrative management with HAIER and enjoys volunteer work with Secours Populaire Francais.

John Davies added, "Growing the TDSi team is always exciting and especially so when it is across the business - as is the case with our latest raft of new roles. In Kathryn's case, the logistics of running a busy, growing office and warehouse means that we require a dedicated office manager to ensure operations run like clockwork. Not only does our Poole office serve the UK, it is also a central hub for our UK manufactured products to be distributed globally. Therefore it is very fitting that Jody has moved to our crucial exports division and Samia is helping us expand in the French-speaking markets."

TDSi has recently recruited a number of new staff members to match its recent growth in business, including Regional Account Manager North, Nick Bartlett, Software Test Engineer, Neil Smiley and Strategic Business Development Manager Dan England.
