registered from over 200 companies and organizations.
The four conferences organized by EIE Global presented anddiscussed the prosperity and security in cyberspace for public and private sectors:
- The first session on "Strategy and doctrine in the military, legal and diplomatic aspects" has compared environments, doctrines and deployment of French and American cyber defense, with the intervention of Lt. Gen. Rhett Hernandez, U.S. Army Commander Cyber Command and Rear Admiral Arnaud Coustillière, Cyber Lead, French Joint Defense Staff.
- The second session on "Threats, vulnerabilities and counter measures: who attacks and for what benefits?" has allowed Thales and Antycip Simulation to present the issues and challenges of industrial international clients, private companies or sovereign states, with the intervention of Stanislas de Maupeou, Cyber Defense Manager, Thales Communications & Security; Ahmed Zimar and Gael Ramaen , Antycip Simulation.
- The third session on "The costs of security breaches for private companies and nation‐states" has attracted over 150 people and made a comparative view of two European and American manufacturers, complemented by the presentation of the international legal environment related to legal threats and answers in cyberspace with the intervention of Sebastien Heon, Director Political Affairs Security, EADS Cassidian ; Jeff Snyder, Vice President of Cyber Programs, Raytheon Company and Ardavan Amir‐Aslani, Lawyer, Member of the Paris Bar, Amir‐Aslani NGO Cohen & Associates.
- The last session "What's at stake for prosperity and security in cyberspace?" has focused on economic issues of the mastery of cyberspace security on the real economy in Great Britain and on the political, societal and industrial prosperity in cyberspace, with the intervention of Nicolas Arpagian, scientific Director of the Cyber Security Program, National Institute for Security and Judicial Studies (INHES)‐French Prime Minister Office, Chief Editor, Prospective Stratégique and Mark Phillips, Head of the Land Operations and Capabilities Program, Research Fellow, Military Intelligence, The Royal United Services Institute.
